Implementasi Model TGT dengan AI untuk Optimalisasi Pembelajaran Matematika di MAN 2 Magetan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi model Turnamen Permainan Tim Berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) (TGT) dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran matematika di MAN 2 Magetan. Model TGT dikombinasikan dengan permainan edukatif yang dihasilkan oleh AI, yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan hasil belajar siswa melalui mekanisme permainan adaptif dan umpan balik otomatis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental dengan kelompok kontrol non-ekuivalen, terdiri dari dua kelompok: kelas eksperimen (TGT + permainan AI) dan kelas kontrol (TGT konvensional), masing-masing terdiri dari 30 siswa. Alat penelitian meliputi tes hasil belajar, kuesioner motivasi, dan lembar pengamatan keterlibatan siswa. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,68 (kategori sedang-tinggi) dan perbedaan signifikan dalam hasil belajar antara kedua kelompok (t = 5,246; p < 0,05). Motivasi belajar siswa meningkat sebesar 27,12%, dan tingkat keterlibatan siswa mencapai kategori sangat tinggi (M = 4,67). Guru dan siswa merespons positif terhadap implementasi TGT berbasis AI meskipun terdapat hambatan teknis minor seperti stabilitas jaringan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi model TGT dan AI dapat menjadi inovasi pedagogis yang efektif untuk memperkuat aspek kognitif, afektif, dan sosial pembelajaran matematika di madrasah berbasis teknologi digital.
